Dr. Conrad A. Davies, Sr.

Dr. Conrad Alfred Patrick Davies, Sr. is a Gallup-certified strengths and talents development coach, an award-winning educator, an inspirational workshop facilitator, a community influencer, and a dedicated family man. He has worked with executive leaders, corporate teams, college units, marriages, and others who want to learn more about their strengths, talents, identity, and calling.
He holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership Studies from the University of Kentucky, a Master of Arts in Communication Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Western Kentucky University.
He is an author and speaker, known for his contributions to personal and leadership development. He also hosts a podcast based on his book called “Wrestling with Your Calling with Dr. Conrad.”
He and his wife co-founded BE Reconciled, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides resources and training for unity and reconciliation.
Dr. Conrad resides in Lexington, KY, with his lovely wife, Kandace, and their three world-changing children, CJ, Levi, and Sarah.
Coach Kandace Davies

Kandace Davies is a wife, homeschooling mother, inspirational speaker, and community influencer. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Communication Studies from Western Kentucky University.
Coach Kandace has extensive educational experience in schooling her children. She has accumulated experience in a variety of educational methods across diverse settings, as her children have pursued different educational opportunities according to their specific needs and the seasons. She has worked with a variety of homeschooling curricula and a few co-ops, partnering with other families to collectively educate the community of learners. She has taught courses in physical education, theatre, and music, among others. She and her family were faithful community members of a local private Christian school for about 10 years. Her children have experienced private schooling, virtual schooling, and public schooling. Regardless of the format and setting, Kandace has gained valuable insights and tools to further develop her teaching gifts as she cultivated her children’s growth through their learning experiences.

Willow Creek Counseling Center
